Chappaqua Modern Farmhouse

In collaboration with a developer client, this custom home build met the challenge of marrying elegant design and detail with a tight control on budget. The modern farmhouse style includes a long swept eave at the double gale, along with signature, custom knee braces at the entry porch. High and spacious entry and family rooms are grounded with a central and carefully detailed mantle, tying the open floor concept together.
